I just got a rejection from Leading Edge Magazine littered with ramblings about how wonderful the story was, but that I needed to revise it according to their suggestions. However I got the typical form letter (I’ve submitted before). Do they want me to revise and resubmit? Because I know it isn’t their custom to ramble on about how wonderful something is unless they mean it, because I got a less-than-glowing rejection from them before.
